1. Eligibility Requirements:

• Renters must be at least 21 years old.

• Renters must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental.

• Renters must have a valid debit or credit card in their name.

2. Insurance Requirements:

• Renters must have valid auto insurance coverage.

• Renters without insurance will be directed to third-party insurance sources to obtain the necessary coverage.

• Proof of insurance must be provided before the vehicle can be rented.

3. Rental Period:

• The minimum rental period is two days.

• Rental periods can be extended based on availability and must be communicated to ATLRentACar at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental period.

4. Mileage Policy:

• Rentals include 200 miles per day.

• Additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.30 per mile.

• Vehicles are prohibited from traveling outside a 100-mile radius of Atlanta, GA.

5. Personal Property​

• ATLRentalCar or Representatives are responsible for personal property

• Personal property is the renters responsibly at all times. 

• Any Items left behind for any reason will be thrown in to the trash.  

6.Vehicle Rules​

• Drive safely 

• vehicle must be kept and returned clean 

• No smoking 

• No pets without authorization 

• Failure to adhere to any of these will result in loss of security deposit
